TTP POINTS

(THIS DOCUMENT IS INTENDED AS A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE TRIKKE TRAINER PROGRAM.)

TRIKKE TRAINER PROGRAM POINTS & STRUCTURE

The Trikke Trainer Program is designed to help introduce customers to the Trikke line of products via direct customer contact with Certified/Authorized Trikke representatives.  This will help create immediate customer access to instruction in the product.

This program is designed as a sales & marketing oriented program, both in structure and in purpose.   It is meant to create a direct link between product sales and instruction, making training an important way IN to the customer’s buying decision.  This regional system of access to trained instructors will promote a system of ongoing customer support, focusing on the customer while representing the Trikke Brand.

NATIONAL TRIKKE TEAM  - (Branding through customer training & product awareness.)

“We are Creating the Trikke Team to promote a new sales stream & ongoing

customer support system focusing on the customer while representing the Trikke Brand.”

“We are Creating the Trikke Team…”

Who are “TRIKKE TRAINERS”? -  Unlike regular store-front retailers, the Trikke Trainer Program gives independent & entrepreneurial individuals who already love the product and ride regularly the opportunity to create home-based Trikke businesses.  They do not work for Trikke.

They are a national team of Certified Trikke Representatives who sell the Trikke line of products, & give lessons to insure that every Trikke customer has access to instruction and gets the most value out of their carving vehicle.

to promote a new sales stream & ongoing customer support system...”

We want to teach our Trainers how to train others.  They can then pass that knowledge on to customers.  We have developed sales models for trainers to utilize so they can bring this new sport directly in to their communities.  They will learn key sales strategies that best utilize their particular, personal strengths.  These developed sales models & market knowledge will help promote their success as they create their own business of carving vehicle sales, service, and instruction.

focusing on the customer while representing the Brand.”

A key goal of this pilot program is to maintain a personal connection to the customer, introducing them to the Trikke line of products in a professional and informed manner while representing the company and its important brand values. This company/customer link is a fundamental pillar of the Trikke brand, creating a sense of community among Trikke enthusiasts across the country and across the world.

TOTAL COSTS

Program Related Costs to Applicant

Academy costs are as follows:

- The total fee for the Trikke Trainer Academy is $450.   (Travel & accommodations not included)

(A $150. Non-refundable application fee is applicable toward the total cost of the Academy.)

- Trainers must have at least two Trikke Carving Vehicles.  Therefore, upon graduation, Trikke Trainers may be required to purchase an additional carving vehicle in order to be able to demonstrate the product to others.  (All products will be available at a Trainer discount rate.)

- Promotional materials: Trikke Tech, Inc. will supply trainers with a beginning supply of all applicable marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, etc.   Additional quantities can be purchased from Trikke at cost.

 “TRIKKE ACADEMY”

Every Trainer will sell Trikke products, teach customers, and represent the company’s products and brand values to others.  In order to insure that there is competent & quality sales & instruction, we require all applicants to attend the Trikke Academy.   It will take place at various times throughout the year, and each applicant will be required to go through the entire 2 Day Academy process in order to become an “Authorized/Certified Trikke Trainer”.

If you would also like to offer service and repairs to Trikke Carving Vehicles, there is an additional fee of $200 and one additional day of training.    (Please see section below entitled ‘Service’ for more details.)

Each Academy session will focus on 3 key pillars for success.

1)    Riding - Each applicant must be an able & competent rider themselves.

2)    Teach how to teach.  Each applicant will learn the Trikke curriculum in order that they might be able to teach even the most difficult, uncoordinated customer how to ride & enjoy their carving vehicle.

3)    Teach how to promote & grow your business.   Over the years, we have learned how & why customers make their buying decision.  We will convey this knowledge to each new Trikke Trainer, as well as new methods to build their business, such as lesson packages & workshops, private fitness training, rentals, etc.   Each Trikke Trainer will be armed with a multi-faceted approach to find, convert & nurture their customer base.

In order to become an Authorized Trikke Trainer, a graduate will be required to pass all Academy courses & tests, including:

1)    Passing all riding elements.

2)    Passing fundamental teaching elements: (safety and proper beginner instruction)

3)    Passing all product assembly elements

4)    Passing a written test covering business, sales, marketing elements of all Academy courses.

(Note :  At the end of the course, Trainers will have the opportunity to become a Trikke Trainer level 1, 2 or 3, depending on their level of riding expertise and their ability to train others to ride at different levels.  For example, if you come to the training with steep hill-climbing ability and can teach another how to accomplish the same, you would be a good candidate for a level 3 Trikke Trainer.  If you cannot really climb hills very well, but you can teach someone to propel well on a flat surface, you will be a good candidate for a level 1 Trikke Trainer.)

(*If for any reason an applicant is not able to complete the 2 day Academy, or cannot satisfy the necessary requirements, or pass the tests,  Trikke Tech will consider a partial refund to that participant or give the participant an opportunity to take the course again at a later date at a reduced rate.)

Personal Trikke Fitness Training:   Individualized personal Trikke fitness training can also be offered for rates up to $80 for a 2 hour class.  (Up to 2 people.)

(NOTE:  Regulations regarding fitness training vary by state.  So-called “Personal Fitness Trainers” cannot offer such services without additional training and certification by an accredited entity in the fitness industry.)

Leasing Fleet

Having Trikke vehicles to ride allows you to encourage customers to bring their friends and have them try it out for themselves.   You can simply let them use it, or charge a small rental fee if you like.  It’s up to you.

We will therefore be offering returned and refurbished Trikke Carving Vehicles for “Demo” & “Rental” applications.  These leased vehicles can then be used for “try it out” demonstration and / or customer rental purposes.   Trainers can purchase from the company any number of refurbished CV’s on a simple monthly payment plan.    If at some point you decide to cancel, you can ship them back to Trikke.   This allows you to quickly create a demo fleet without harshly impacting your cash flow.
